  • Develop and maintain detailed system designs, solution roadmaps, and evaluation frameworks to address enterprise-level requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and project owner for clients, leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and defining deliverables that align with strategic goals.
  • Provide consultative insights and thought leadership to clients, guiding them through best practices in eCommerce and web architecture to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Facilitate regular communications with internal (agency team members), external (client stakeholders), and third-party (vendor) stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent alignment on project objectives, risks, and progress.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including development, SEO, UX, and creative, to foster a unified approach to solution delivery.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and guiding members through technical challenges.
  • Engage with senior-level executives and technical and non-technical audiences, effectively translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support the Project Management team by proactively identifying potential risks, impacts, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, providing foresight and guidance on mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives are met within budget and scope.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including functional requirements, architectural designs, and system specifications to support project development and maintenance.
  • Continuously share knowledge with the team, fostering an environment of growth and learning while enhancing overall team capabilities.

Who you are:

  • Proven hands-on experience with leading eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce) and CMS solutions (WordPress), along with familiarity with third-party solutions like PIM, iPaaS, and search engines.
  • Expertise in designing and managing large-scale, custom software solutions and website projects, particularly within the eCommerce domain.

  • Demonstrated ability to act as a client-facing project owner, aligning project deliverables with strategic objectives and providing consultative insights.
  • Extensive experience writing technical documentation and functional requirements for diverse teams.
  • Skilled in project management, with the ability to support the Project Management team in identifying risks and opportunities.

Preferred Experience:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
