**This role is ONSITE working at 605 Territorial Dr, Bolingbrook, IL 60440                        5:30am - 2:00pm**

Summary: Lead a team within the mail inserting department to ensure products/projects are being completed on time, meet quality standards and output requirements. 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Mail Inserting - 1st shift production team
  • Execute production schedules in the department
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Mail Finishing Manager
  • Operation and maintain mail inserting equipment
  • Troubleshoot mail inserting equipment if basic issues arise
  • Handle both cut-sheet and roll paper stock jobs for mailings
  • Operation and set up of inserting equipment including but not limited to cutting, accumulating, folding and inserting.
  • Enter data of jobs being processed for labor tracking, material usage, and productivity numbers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of continuous work experience (preference in mail industry or print industry) 
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Effective process management skills and proven leadership experience (lead/supervisor/trainer)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to document regular activities and e-mail correspondence.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Aptitude for accuracy and a meticulous eye for detail.

Body Senses: Must have command of the following senses: sight, hearing, speech and touch.  Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, distant vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus. Must be able to distinguish minor color variations.

Strength: Occasionally must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm

Travel:  No travel is expected for this position.

Security Clearance:  Amsive is a Federal Contractor and this position may require government security clearance for certain projects.
