What we are looking for: 

The Temporary Social Media Graphic Designer is a part of our Digital Marketing team. You will be designing visually appealing graphics and layouts for organic social media posts across multiple platforms.

What you will be doing:
  • Design visually appealing graphics and layouts for organic social media posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and produce short-form video content optimized for Reels and TikTok.
  • Create animated graphics and adapt existing graphics into video formats.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to ensure visual content aligns with clients' brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Plan and conceptualize art and copy layouts, considering arrangement, type size, style, and other design elements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams throughout the design process, from concept to completion.
  • Assist in the conception, production, and design of brand imagery, including content photography direction and retouching.
  • Work with the account lead to ideate, create, and edit high-quality graphics and video content that resonate with client audiences.
  • Develop and implement creative content strategies to drive engagement, increase followers, and enhance online presence.
  • Edit video clips for various social media platforms, optimize designs for different formats.
  • Stay updated with current social media trends and best practices for organic content.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust design strategies as needed.

Who you are:
 
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in an agency environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media content creation or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven graphic design experience, particularly for social media platforms.
  • Proficient in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with video editing software, preferably Adobe Premiere Pro, and creating short-form video content.
  • Strong understanding of organic social media strategies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media design tools like Canva.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, especially on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong creative, analytical, and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and a passion for developing content that resonates with audiences.
  • Ability to generate clear ideas and concepts, and to present creative work both internally and to clients.
  • Flexibility, creativity, and resilience in handling feedback and deadlines.
  • Formal design training, with strong skills in typography, color theory, and layout/composition for social media.
  • Experience in branding and identity design, ensuring consistent brand aesthetics across platforms.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to optimize designs based on performance.
  • Skills in content repurposing to efficiently adapt designs for multiple platforms.
