What we are looking for:
We're looking for a talented Jr Digital Designer to join our team and work on-site with a major eCommerce and office supplies brand. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the client on a daily basis, supporting a wide range of digital needs. The ideal candidate is not only creative and detail-oriented but also comfortable working within AI-driven platforms and eager to adapt to new tools and technologies as they emerge. On location 4x a week.
What you will be doing:
- Design and produce a variety of digital assets at scale, including social media graphics, display ads.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, generate visual concepts, and rapidly produce creative assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchant team, and development teams to execute batch creative assets.
- Develop reusable design templates and modular components to increase production speed and maintain consistency.
- Translate assignments into both traditional design methods and generative AI.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in digital design, ideally within high-output environments such as agencies, startups.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital work, including examples enhanced by AI tools or automation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD), Figma, and Creatopy,
- Demonstrated experience with AI creative software (see below).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web standards.
