What we are looking for:
Amsive is looking for a Technical AI Agent Developer to join our team. This Developer will have strong engineering expertise to design, build, and scale AI agents across our organization. This role requires deep knowledge of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and AI frameworks to deliver robust and production-ready agents.
You will play a key role in the full lifecycle of agent development including architecture and infrastructure setup, coding, integration, deployment, and monitoring. You will also play a role in selecting the frameworks and toolsets we adopt as a team such as Google ADK, Langlfow, etc.

What we are looking for:
Amsive is looking for a Technical AI Agent Developer to join our team. This Developer will have strong engineering expertise to design, build, and scale AI agents across our organization. What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with SMEs across departments to analyze workflows and identify automation/AI opportunities.
- Architect, develop, and optimize AI agents using Google ADK, Vertex AI, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Implement RAG pipelines (retrieval-augmented generation) with embeddings, vector databases, and efficient context handling.
- Build integrations with internal systems (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, etc.) and external APIs.
- Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of deployed agents.
- Prototype quickly, validate concepts, and transition successful agents into production.
- Document development processes, standards, and best practices.
- Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure proper model governance, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Design modular, scalable, and secure system architectures for multi-agent ecosystems.
- Develop monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to ensure reliability and track agent performance.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines for rapid prototyping and production deployment.
Who you are:
- 4+ years professional software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks, conversational AI platforms, or workflow automation tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Java.
- Direct experience or familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as Langchain.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and Google ADK (or willingness to learn).Proven experience with cloud-native development (GCP, AWS, or Azure) including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, webhooks, and microservice design.
- Familiarity with vector databases.
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Strong grasp of data structures, distributed systems, and concurrency.
- CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
