What we are looking for:

We're seeking a Senior Strategist, Social + Influencer with a unique blend of strategic expertise and creative leadership. You should be equally confident in developing full-funnel, results-driven strategies and guiding content that connects and compels. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience managing social and influencer strategies in an agency setting and a sharp eye for what makes content work in today’s social landscape.
 
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and creativity. Someone who can lead clients with insight, inspire internal teams with ideas, and ensure final deliverables both perform and excite.
 
What you will be doing:

 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and influencer strategies that align with client business objectives and KPIs.
  • Translate client goals into effective content strategies that drive measurable outcomes across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and more.
  • Own campaign architecture from research and brief through execution and performance optimization.
  • Own and elevate the creative direction across content and influencer programs.
  • Provide clear, compelling briefs to internal and external creative resources (including designers and creators).
  • Review and guide visual and written content, ensuring it is engaging, modern, brand-aligned, and strategically sound.
  • Lead ideation of content formats and storytelling frameworks tailored for performance and platform nuance.
  • Collaborate with the Director and operational team to streamline feedback loops and preserve creative integrity.
  • Analyze social media performance using advanced dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Translate data into insights that improve both strategy and creative execution.
  • Lead and optimize paid social campaigns in support of organic growth.
  • Develop and manage influencer programs, from strategy through execution.
  • Source, vet, and manage influencer relationships.
  • Align influencer content with larger campaign goals and creative direction.
  • Mentor junior team members and oversee the execution of client programs.
  • Use Asana and other project management tools to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain momentum on multiple concurrent client projects with clarity and calm.
  • Stay ahead of social and influencer trends, tools, and platform evolutions.
  • Apply relevant insights to ensure clients stay ahead of the curve.
  • Conduct competitor and audience research to refine strategy and creative.
  • Act as the primary social and influencer lead on assigned accounts.
  • Present strategy, performance, and creative recommendations confidently and persuasively.
  • Educate clients on what great social looks like and how to achieve it.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure holistic marketing success.
 
Who you are:

 
  • 6+ years of social media and influencer marketing experience in an agency setting, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • 5+ years of experience Proven ability to lead both strategy and content direction, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing a team of 1-3 people.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related area
  • Advanced proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Falcon.io, Hootsuite, etc.), project management software (Asana), paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and especially PowerPoint)
  • Skilled in visual storytelling, content planning, and evaluating creative work; Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools for creating engaging static, animated, and video social media content; Experience guiding designers and creators toward impactful, engaging, and brand-right work
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills; able to articulate complex strategies in clear, compelling ways; strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, solutions-oriented and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment 
  • A strategic thinker who blends creative innovation with robust data analysis to drive performance and ROI
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific content performance, and audience behavior, cross-channel marketing principles, and the role of social media within the larger marketing mix
  • Proven ability to develop, lead, prioritize, and execute on strategies for multiple clients simultaneously
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and excel in diverse industries including healthcare, finance, B2B, and CPG
  • Demonstrated commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms
  • Track record of successful social media and influencer campaigns for medium to large brands
  • Balance a strong work ethic with an engaging, supportive team environment.
