What we are looking for:
We're looking for a Manager, Social & Influencer who can own the room and the accounts. This role is for a practitioner who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution: someone who can set the vision for a client, lead the work, and be the trusted day-to-day partner brands look forward to hearing from.
You'll oversee a portfolio of clients primarily in the healthcare, SaaS, and insurance verticals, leading integrated social and influencer programs from strategy through reporting. You're fluent in tools like Sprout Social and Asana, comfortable presenting to clients, and know when to push a creative idea and when the data should drive the decision.
What you will be doing:
- Execute and operationalize social strategy for key accounts, translating high-level direction into channel plans and actionable playbooks grounded in insights, competitive analysis, and client objectives.
- Guide content direction and oversee calendar execution, ensuring everything that goes out is on-brand and high quality
- Lead influencer programs from ideation through activation, identifying the right partners, managing relationships, and tying results back to campaign goals
- Collaborate closely with our paid media team on paid social strategy and execution across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest
- Turn performance data into clear, actionable reporting and show up to client calls ready to talk through what it means and what's next
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships and proactively surfacing new opportunities within the social space.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and bring fresh thinking to the table
- Develop and maintain community management guidelines for each brand, establishing voice, tone, escalation protocols, and engagement standards
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, media, and brand strategy teams to deliver integrated work
- Contribute to new business pitches and proposals as needed
- Report to the Director of Social & Influencer, with regular communication on account health, priorities, and escalations
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years managing multiple client accounts in an agency setting
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute social strategies across B2B and B2C verticals
- Strong working knowledge of major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit, including how their algorithms, ad products, and communities actually behave
- Experience with social management tools (SproutSocial, etc) and project management platforms like Asana
- Hands-on experience managing influencer programs, from partner identification and negotiation through campaign execution and reporting
- Sharp written communication skills for client interactions, strategic documentation, and day-to-day correspondence
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience building polished client-facing decks regularly
- Exceptional presentation skills – you're comfortable owning a client call, presenting strategy, and handling questions with confidence and clarity
- Ability to present confidently and think on your feet in client-facing settings
- Comfort with paid social and fluency in collaborating with a media team (you don't need to run the campaigns, but you need to understand them)
- Healthcare, Insurance, Finance, or SaaS vertical experience is a plus
