*This is a Contract Role - hours dependent on Amsive's company needs*
What we are looking for:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Influencer Marketing Contractor to support our team across multiple influencer campaigns. This temporary role will focus on researching, sourcing, vetting, negotiating, and communicating with influencers to help execute high-performing brand partnerships.
What you will be doing:
Conduct influencer research based on campaign briefs, including niche, audience demographics, engagement metrics, and platform performance
Source and present qualified influencer options to internal stakeholders and/or clients
Vet influencers for brand alignment, authenticity, and content quality
Initiate outreach and manage communications with potential partners
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation in line with campaign budgets
Maintain clear documentation of communications and agreements
Support influencer onboarding, including contracts, briefs, and tracking tools
Ensure timely content delivery and coordinate with the team on reviews and approvals
Who you are:
5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media
Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin, etc.)
Experience using influencer tools (e.g., Sprout Social Influencer Management (Tagger), CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, etc.) a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns at once
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-moving projects
Experience in healthcare and /or finance is a plus
