What we are looking for:

Amsive is looking for a motivated and curious Digital Media Intern to join our team who is eager to jumpstart a career in digital advertising and break into a highly competitive industry. This is a hands-on internship focused on the day-to-day work of paid media — building, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns across paid channels. Over a 14-week program, interns work closely with and will receive mentorship from key members of our Digital Media team to apply what they learn to live client campaigns across a range of client types and are regularly challenged to contribute ideas that drive our clients' business and marketing success.

What you will be doing:
  • Support digital advertising campaign structure, optimization, and reporting.
  • Help translate client needs and audience preferences into digital advertising strategy and tactics.
  • Help execute paid search and related campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and other Google Ads/Microsoft Ads solutions.
  • Support paid social advertising strategies across platforms.
  • Gain exposure to programmatic advertising (Display, CTV, Audio, Native, DOOH, and more).
  • Support digital marketing measurement, analytics, and insights for paid media clients.
What you will learn:
  • How to earn Google Ads certifications – essential certifications that prepare you for the digital marketing workforce.
  • How paid media campaigns are structured, optimized, measured, and reported on across paid channels.
  • How programmatic advertising works across Display, CTV, Audio, Native, and DOOH.
  • How the Paid Media team turns client goals and audience insights into digital advertising strategy.
  • How to contribute ideas on live client campaigns at every stage, from setup through reporting.
  • By the end of the program, interns will have hands-on experience supporting digital media client work across a range of paid media platforms, campaigns, and deliverables.
  • Interns will be able to apply foundational digital media knowledge to campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
Who you are:
  • You have an understanding of basic marketing principles.
  • You have experience with basic online principles.
  • You have strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects; completing tasks on time and without mistakes is vital to your success in this internship.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have experience with a range of social platforms such as Facebook, X, Pinterest, Instagram, and Reddit.
  • You have strong analytical abilities and can draw insights and tell stories using data.
  • Experience with Google Ads and social media analytics is a plus.

Additional Information
  • This is an hourly paid internship at $20.00/hr
  • Interns typically work 20-30 hours per week, usually across 3-5 days.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
