What we are looking for:

Amsive is looking for a motivated and curious Social & Influencer Intern who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how social media, influencer marketing, and community management come together inside an agency environment. This is a hands-on internship supporting the Social and Influencer team across a portfolio of client programs. You will help keep content, research, reporting, community activity, and influencer campaign details moving behind the scenes. This role is a good fit for someone who loves social media, pays attention to what brands and creators are doing online, and wants to build real experience across the day-to-day work that supports strong social and influencer programs.

What you will be doing:
  • Support the scheduling and publishing of social content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and X using Sprout Social or similar tools.
  • Assist with building, updating, and maintaining content calendars to help keep internal teams aligned on upcoming posts, deadlines, and client needs.
  • Help organize social content assets, captions, links, approvals, and publishing details to ensure posts are accurate and ready to go live.
  • Monitor assigned brand accounts for comments, mentions, and direct messages, escalating items to the team according to community management guidelines.
  • Support community management efforts by helping track recurring questions, audience feedback, engagement opportunities, and notable conversations.
  • Assist with social listening and trend research, including monitoring platform updates, cultural moments, creator trends, and industry developments.
  • Help pull, organize, and compile social performance metrics for monthly reports, dashboards, and internal trackers.
  • Support influencer and creator campaign execution by assisting with creator research, list building, outreach tracking, content status tracking, and campaign documentation.
  • Help organize influencer content, usage rights, posting dates, links, deliverables, and approval notes in campaign trackers.
  • Assist with drafting internal notes, meeting recaps, status updates, and task updates in Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Participate in team brainstorms, content reviews, and planning discussions to learn how strategy, creative, community, and influencer work come together.
  • Provide general team support across social media management, influencer marketing, community management, reporting, and internal operations as needed.
What you will learn:
  • How social media programs are planned, managed, scheduled, monitored, and reported on across multiple client accounts.
  • How influencer and creator campaigns are researched, organized, tracked, and supported from kickoff through reporting.
  • How community management works across different brand voices, audiences, industries, and escalation needs.
  • How agency teams collaborate across strategy, creative, account, project management, paid media, analytics, and client teams.
  • How to use social media and project management tools such as Sprout Social, Asana, reporting dashboards, and internal trackers.
  • How to identify social trends, creator opportunities, content ideas, and audience insights that can help inform client work.
Who you are:
  • A current student, recent graduate, or early-career candidate interested in social media, influencer marketing, content, communications, or digital marketing.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; you can keep track of moving pieces and understand that small details matter.
  • Curious about social platforms, creators, online communities, and what makes content perform.
  • A clear communicator who is comfortable asking questions, taking notes, and following up.
  • A developing writer with good instincts for tone, brand voice, grammar, and audience.
  • Reliable and proactive; you follow through, flag questions early, and are eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working across multiple assignments and shifting priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Open to feedback and excited to grow through hands-on experience.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and X is preferred.
  • Exposure to tools like Sprout Social, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, or reporting dashboards is a plus, but not required.
Additional Information
  • This is an hourly paid internship at $20.00/hr
  • Interns typically work 20-30 hours per week, usually across 3-5 days.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
